Landlords

  • Unlimited listings on the public marketplace — free.
  • Applications, in-app messaging and a verified badge after ID and address verification.
  • Platform fee only on rent facilitated through InRent: 5% (tenant management) or 7% (InRent also onboards the tenant). Nothing upfront.

Pricing questions

Is InRent free for students?

Yes. Browsing, saving listings, messaging landlords, booking viewings and applying are free. Students pay a one-time placement fee of P100–P400 only once a rental agreement is concluded.

What is the InRent placement fee?

A one-time fee shown alongside rent and deposit when your rental agreement is concluded: P100 for an immediate move-in (within 7 days of applying), P200 for a 2-week gap between applying and moving in, or P400 for a gap of 4 weeks or longer.

How much does it cost landlords to list a property?

Listing is free with no cap on the number of properties. InRent only earns a platform fee on rent facilitated through InRent once an agreement is concluded: 5% for tenant management only, or 7% if InRent also onboards the tenant.
